LEGAL EMPLOYMENT & EXPERIENCE:  Of Counsel: Meadows, Ichter & Trigg since August, 1998; over 15 years as Attorney General of Georgia, 1981-1997; over seven years Assistant Attorney General, 1974-1981; seven years active duty U.S. Air Force, 1963-1970 and 27 years in Air National Guard, retired as Major General.  As Attorney General of Georgia: handled cases in all courts of record from superior court to U.S. Supreme Court; supervised one hundred full-time and 350 part-time attorneys with day-to-day caseload of approximately 15,000 cases and budget of $25 million per year.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS:  Decatur-DeKalb Bar Association; State Bar of Georgia; American Bar Association; and Atlanta Lawyers Club.  Served on Board of Governors, State Bar of Georgia, 1981-1997.  Served on Board of Trustees, Association of Graduates, U.S. Military Academy, 1990-present.

MEDIATION/ARBITRATION TRAINING:  21-hour mediation course; 12-hour mediation observation seminar.  Participated in numerous mediations as Attorney General of Georgia.
