WARREN S. SHULMAN, ESQ.

EDUCATION:  University of Georgia, B.B.A. 1964, J.D. 1966.  Admitted, Georgia - 1965.

LEGAL EMPLOYMENT & EXPERIENCE:  Formerly: Partner, Shulman, Bauer, Deitch, Raines & Hester; Partner, Stoltz & Shulman; Partner, Shulman & McBride, and the Shulman Firm, Columbus, Georgia.  Mr Shulmand is the co-author of Georgia Practice & Procedure, 4th Edition, 1975.  Presently semi-retired, Mr. Shulman's legal career spanned thirty five years.  His early practice was divided between litigation and corporate/commercial real estate law.  Included in his corporate practice was the creation and operations of legal entities, while his real estate practice encompassed negotiation, document preparation and closing for sizeable assemblages, motels, hotels and apartment complexes.  Since 1990, Mr. Shulman has devoted his practice almost exclusively to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and employment discrimination cases, but occasionally represents defendants in uninsured matters.  He has handled complex civil rights matters, including multi-court racial discrimination litigation and has tried well over 100 cases to verdict.  A.V. BUSINESS & POLITICAL EXPERIENCE:  Mr. Shulman was a candidatefor Mayor of Atlanta in 1981.  He spent six years with the Central Intelligence Agency and six years as President of a leading professional photo-finishing company.  He has also owned and operated motels, hotels, and apartment complexes.

MEDIATION/ARBITRATION TRAINING:  Mr. Shulman majored in labor Relations as an undergraduate, taking courses in collective bargaining and dispute resolution.  As an advocate in numerous mediated cases, he as achieved a 95% resolution ratio.  He trained with Henning Mediation & Arbitration and his registration with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution is pending.
